A New Year’s Ball for Citizens and Grouches Alike
Who has the wit, personality, community spirit, and just the right amount of lovable grouchiness to become one of Buena Vista’s 2027 Honorary Grouches?
Nominate your favorite Grouch, then join us January 1 for the Grouch Gala, a formal Grown-Up Ball featuring appetizers, dance music, mingling, and the grand crowning of our winning Grouches!
After nominations close and nominees agree to participate, free community voting will begin. The three candidates receiving the most votes will be crowned “Grouches for a Year” at the Gala!
The Grouch Gala is a fundraiser benefiting Main Street Buena Vista, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to revitalize downtown and create a vibrant, welcoming community. All proceeds support our continued downtown revitalization efforts, because even the Grouches love what we’re doing!
